LocalForge is made by Clavix Digital, a BIR-registered business in the Philippines. Paid licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; their checkout terms also apply. Use of LocalForge itself is governed by the LocalForge license agreement (LICENSE.txt, included with the app).
Licenses and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Lemon Squeezy adds or includes sales tax / VAT where required.

Every license, including Personal, gets the same features. Commercial use may be evaluated free for 30 days.
Delivery and activation
Your license key is emailed right after purchase. Activate it in LocalForge Settings (needs an internet connection once). To move it to another computer, deactivate it first.
Subscriptions
Pro and Team renew automatically each year until you cancel. Cancel any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email; the license stays valid until the end of the paid year.
Refunds
All purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable, because every feature is free to try before you buy. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current year. This does not affect any refund rights that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived; Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, handles any such request. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the license key is deactivated.
Price changes
Price changes never affect a period you have already paid for. For subscriptions, new prices apply from the next renewal after we tell you.
